WHAT IS KERATIN TREATMENT?
Keratin treatment is used to tame frizzy hair. A keratin treatment will not straighten your hair, but it will smooth it, adding shine and manageability
HOW LONG DOES KERATIN TREATMENT LAST?
Depending on the treatment and if it is done professionally, Keratin treatments will last around 3-4 months. After this (depending on how many times you shampoo per week), your hair will begin to bounce back to its original state, although much less than before.
CAN I FLAT IRON AFTER KERATIN TREATMENT?
If you want to tie your hair up, wait until the keratin has been on the hair for at least four days, and then use a soft hair tie for short periods of time. Flat iron your hair every day for the first four days after the treatment.
KERATIN AFTERCARE
Sleep on a silk pillow at night. Traditional cotton pillowcases can create friction in the hair, rendering your treatment frizzy and short-lived. Silk creates very little friction, which means a longer-lasting keratin protein treatment
